How do I join the loyalty programme?
Joining is easy. Your complimentary membership is automatically activated with your first eligible purchase at the clinic. Simply be aged 18 years or above — no separate sign-up or membership fee is required.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You will earn loyalty points on eligible treatments, packages, retail products, supplements, and selected add-ons. Points are calculated based on the amount paid before GST. Please note that certain purchases, including trial treatments, selected promotional offers, and heavily discounted packages, may not qualify for point earning.
Do my loyalty points expire?
What are my loyalty points worth?
Every 100 points is equivalent to $1 in redemption value. For example, 1,000 points may be redeemed for $10 towards eligible treatments or retail products.
The final redemption value is subject to your available points, membership tier benefits, and the eligibility of the treatment or product.
Where can I earn and redeem my points?
Loyalty points may be earned on selected regular-priced treatments, eligible packages, retail products, supplements, and approved add-ons. Points may be redeemed towards selected regular-priced treatments and full-priced retail products.
Points are not awarded or redeemable for trial treatments, promotional offers, heavily discounted packages, corporate packages, gift cards, no-show charges, or any items designated as non-eligible. Eligibility for earning and redemption may vary depending on the treatment, product, membership tier, or other programme terms in effect.
Can loyalty points be used with promotions/discounts?
Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with promotional discounts, vouchers, special offers, or other promotional pricing unless otherwise specified by the clinic. This helps ensure the fair and consistent application of member rewards across eligible regular-priced treatments and retail products.
If a promotion is available, our team will be happy to advise whether it can be combined with loyalty point redemption.
How can I check my points balance or redeem my points?
You can check your loyalty points balance or request a redemption by clicking the WhatsApp button on this page and following the instructions. Our team will be happy to assist you with your available points balance, confirm eligible treatments or retail products, and process your redemption where applicable.
Why can't I earn or redeem points on trial treatments or promotional offers?
Trial treatments and promotional offers are provided at special introductory or discounted prices and are therefore not eligible for loyalty point earning or redemption. This helps ensure that the loyalty programme remains fair and sustainable while continuing to reward eligible regular-priced purchases.
