How Many Treatments Will I Need?

From 1-6 treatments at 3-4 week interval will produce the desired result.

What Should I Expect After Treatment?

The chemical peels take approximately 20 minutes with little downtime. Patients will have some peeling of dead skin for a few days following the peel. Make up may be worn after the procedure but is recommended the following day. You will be sent home with a post procedure kit to use for the following 7 days after your chemical peel.

What Should I Know And Pre And Post Treatment?

We will provide you with very detailed pre and post-treatment information. Please be aware if you are using a topical vitamin A (Retin A, Tretinoin, Renova, Retinol, etc) you will need to stop this product 7 days prior to your chemical peel.

There are a variety of fillers that our physicians use and they will make treatment recommendations based on individual needs and desired results.

 

JUVÉDERM® 

JUVÉDERM® injectable gel is a smooth gel filler your doctor places under your skin to instantly smooth out wrinkles or folds around the sides of your nose and mouth. JUVÉDERM® can also be used for forehead lines, crow's feet, acne scars, vertical lip lines and lip plumping. JUVÉDERM® comes in two forms: JUVÉDERM® Ultra, made for versatility in contouring and volumising wrinkles and folds, or JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus, a stronger formulation for volumising and correcting deeper wrinkles and folds.

JUVEDERM is hyaluronic acid (HA) based. HA is a natural complex sugar found in all living cells and one of the major components of the dermis connective tissue matrix, along with collagen and elastin.

What Happens During Treatment With JUVÉDERM® ?

Your doctor will assess your facial wrinkles and folds and determine if treatment with JUVÉDERM® injectable gel is appropriate for you. If you are a candidate for JUVÉDERM® you will be placed in a chair while your doctor injects JUVÉDERM®. There can be some mild discomfort during any wrinkle correction, and you can discuss with your doctor if you would like pain management during your treatment.

How Long Does Treatment Take With JUVÉDERM® ?

An injectable filler procedure can take 45 minutes to an hour for your consultation and treatment and is done as an in-office procedure.

How Long Does JUVÉDERM® Last?

JUVÉDERM® can last up to 6 months or longer. Repeat injections are usually needed to maintain your new look.

 

RADIESSE ®

Radiesse is an injectable filler composed of calcium hydroxyapatite. The procedure is similar to JUVÉDERM®  and results can last up to 6 months or longer. Radiesse is used to fill in deep wrinkles and can augment the cheek area. It is also used for nipple reconstruction in cases of breast cancer
